here are the new features for mods/admins (only samp staff can read this)

not going to bother formating this, i'll just dump the changes real quick

New features
Nick added spawn near death setting
Added score to all players and money to all players to /roll
Added player recieves +5 vehicle rockets to /roll
Added IP/country/last online string when you login (Helps to see if someone else is using your account)
Added /ircpm command to PM irc users from ingame
Added /seen to check when a player was last online

Added math to reactions (Addition, subtraction, multiplication)

Bug fixes:
Fixed /joinmusic playing stuff twice
Tweaked achievements a bit to fix the issue of them reseting
Fixed /ach to make sure you can't /ach invalid/offline_player_name
Fixed irc !say messages being white (They are now a light blue)

Changed string "Has rolled 6 and free X score" to "Has rolled 6 and received X free score"
Changed string "Has rolled 8 and slapped himself" to "Has rolled 8 and slapped themself"
Fixed mispelling in nicks spawn near death setting in /settings
Fixed various misspellings all around the game mode

My 2 cents:

Jobs instead of classes could be fun but either way it's fine for me on this.
Levels/Experience instead of master classes YES! could even use the pokemon model of how u gain experience lol: https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Experience
More interface/UI improvements This is a must-have in order to keep tards inside CNR playing, making the whole game more fun with more people.
NPCs in the buildings (EG: strippers in strip clubs, sales people in the 24/7, so on) MUST HAVE.
More indepth gameplay (EG: Make fishing more involved, make robbing more intraquite) Great! But not as important as strippers.
Make CNR player chat localized instead of global (EG: must be within x amount of feet from a player to hear them talk) please no

Make the jail experience better (EG: let out of your cell to eat lunch/go to the gym/so on, but remain in jail)
Better roleplay experience (EG: Police have to put you in the back of the car and drive you to the jail instead of just being teleported there)
Both are good ideas. But TBH u can keep more people playing CNR by having strippers in strip clubs.

This is just a test of what features people might want in CNR, i don't know yet if i will implement any of them but i've been thinking about redoing a lot of CNR so i want some feedback on potential features in case i decide to.

[Info about jobs]
Jobs would be a replacement for classes if added. Every user would start out as a civilian and would then go to get a job as a lumberjack or a pilot or a trucker or a police man. Every civilian would be able to rob while they are unemployed. Some jobs would require tests to be taken to get employed: EG police academy, pilot school.

Jobs would save so whenever you join CNR you start where you last logged out then you can continue that job or quit and find a new one.

[Better UI/interface meaning]
This might confuse some of you, but i'm refering changes such as:
Better class selection
Better CNR inventory screen
Better shop menus
and so on.

[Experience and levels instead of master classes]
This feature would do away with master classes and instead add xp to your account, leveling up would take say, 50xp for the 1st level 100xp for 2nd level and so on.
having higher levels would reward you more for your job/so on

[More indepth gameplay]
This would make tedious stuff like fishing/robbing a bit more advanced, requiring say you pointing a gun at a clerk to rob the store, or actually throwing out a fishing reel and reeling it back in to catch a fish instead of it being all automatic
